  LOVE LOVE LOVE! I've been here several times in the past month and will definitely be coming back! The food is extremely fresh, HOT, and stays hot as the fire is on beneath. Order the hot pot flavor you like and within ten minutes you're ready to feast! The pots are decently sized, if you're starving you'll probably finish the whole thing, otherwise not sure if you can take to go. They have a set side of sauces and you can add add-ons for pretty cheap if you want. Everything cooks really quick since the fire is on full blast. The servers always asked me if I wanted to turn off my fire on time and never once forgot despite having a million tables to look after. It's a SUPER busy place, I've waited at least 30 minutes - 1 hour for a table on a weekday around 6/7pm. The easy way to do it is to download their app and check the waiting time. But it changes pretty quick so if you see a few ahead of you, better get there and put your name down. Be prepared to wait in the cold or in your car as they don't let people wait inside. It's an awfully small joint with rapid turnover of tables so no chit chatting once you've finished eating. But the quality is top notch and service is excellent as well. Highly recommend and am guaranteed to return!

  I've been to this location a few times. It's usually a great experience but this last time I was here it sucked. Service was horrible by ALL staff. When they brought my soup it was tilted from one side and barely had any soup. Clearly they had dropped some of it. They didn't even bother to straighten it out before brining it to us. Ridiculous. I had to hold my hand up for a while minute before being noticed by any of the staff. Super annoying. The staff looked like they hated life and clearly didn't want to be there. I won't be coming here anytime soon.

  I would give this location a zero if that was an option. Food is not as good as it used to be when it first opened. But the service is really why I’m writing this review. We walked in and waited 5 minutes at the door before the hostess seated us, and continued to wait 10-15 minutes before anyone came to take our order meanwhile there were people who walked in after us and ordered before us and received their order before we even got a chance to order our food. I had also ordered a honey milk tea which didn’t come until I had to remind our waitress 3 times. By that time, I was already half way done with my food. I made a comment to the store manager, Amy about how slow and unprofessional the service was. She then proceeded to stand next to our table and argue with my mom on why our service was so slow for about 10 minutes. Seriously??? Obviously we won’t be coming back for the worst service in my entire life and mediocre food. To update my review: later on that night, I woke up around 2 in the morning throwing up and was sick the next day, and this place was the only place I ate at that day. So not only was the service horrible, I am now questioning the quality of their foods as well.

  Food is excellent. Service is really great. NOT FRIENDLY TO THE ENVIRONMENT. For lunch, it comes with a complimentary drink with a plastic cup. I asked for a cup of water and it comes with a plastic cup. At the end of the meal, they give a small liquid dessert. It’s comes with a small plastic cup I JUST WASTED THREE PLASTIC CUPS FOR A MEAL. PLEASE USE REUSABLE CUPS!!!!
